A 35% non refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking. This deposit will stand for the re-scheduling of two cancelled sessions, at which point the deposit will be taken again. Special circumstances for the cancellation of a booking are fully at the discretion of Back to Balance Canine Behaviourist
